Hurricane Idalia

SEPA Management continues to closely monitor Hurricane Idalia, its projected path, and local weather forecasts and conditions. SEPA is currently continuing normal business operations on Tuesday, August 29th. SEPA locations that will be affected by the storm will be closed on Wednesday, August 30th. This includes the main laboratory in Brunswick. Courier services will be suspended at 12:01 am, Wednesday, August 30th.
We will resume normal operations on Thursday, August 31st. Employees should plan to report at their normal scheduled time on Thursday, but are encouraged to use good judgement regarding safety in determining if they can report to work. If employees are unable to report to work, they must notify their supervisor as soon as possible.
Further decisions regarding official changes to company operations will be made as deemed necessary to ensure the safety of our employees while continuing to service our clients in the best manner possible.

As more information becomes available and as conditions change, updates about company operations will be communicated via company email, website, or our Inclement Weather Hotline at (855) 228-4034 or (912) 289-9019.
Currently, SEPA is conducting normal business operations. Please review and become familiar with the attached inclement weather policy. This policy will be utilized in the event conditions worsen.
